While working with her, I've seen over 200 homes online, done 5+ house tours, and learned how to offer (and more importantly walk away) on my dream place. Personally, it was important that my realtor was someone who I could put my trust in - and Brigid repetitively proved that by letting me price ranges of past sales, what was overvalued, and what unexpected things to look out for. When I finally found the place, I was given ample support on how to close on the deal on my terms.
